CURRENTLY IN FOSTER
Hi there, my name is a Cinnamon and I have an interesting story.  When I was a little baby, some nice person found me outside, all by myself, in a back yard.  I cant remember exactly what happened, whether I  couldnt  keep up with my mom, or I just got lost?  Whatever it was, it was clear I was  really sick .  I had problems with my stomach, I  wasnt  growing right, I couldnt run or jump, and I could barely walk.  I just wanted sleep all the time; no matter how hard I tried, I just could not stay awake!
Well the humans took me to the doctor, and guess what?  This clever doctor figured it out.  I had a problem with my thyroid, which is actually very rare in such young kittens!  The doctor got me some medicine, and now  Ive  caught up with my adopted brothers and sister.  I run and jump, play like crazy, use my litter box like a  champ , and love pets and cuddle s  with my foster parents.

If you look for my pictures,  Im  a beautiful tabby boy with super soft brown fur and black tiger stripes.  I have the cutest pudgy face and rounded body, a little stockier  than my siblings, and lovely  cream colored  shading on my belly, which I LOVE to have rubbed.   Im  gentle and sweet natured.  I absolutely love to play , but  Im  just a little slower and kind of clumsy compared to my brothers and sister.  My foster parents think  it

s  really cute.  I n fact  just recently learned to climb stairs, and to jump up on the bed, which were huge accomplishments for me.

Despite my medical issues, I have a great prognosis.  Right now, I take medicine every day, and  Im  such a good boy about it!  My mom just pops the little pill in the back of my mouth and I swallow it right down with no drama.   Ive  gotten so used to it by now its just not a big deal for any of us; Im sure it wouldnt be for you either!  I have to go back to the doctor for blood checks every once in a while, to make sure Im still getting the right dose of my medicine, but thats easy too and well worth it to maintain the quality of my new active lifestyle.

After my rough start,  Im  looking forward to a forever home where I wont ever find myself alone and scared again, or feeling so sick and not knowing why.   Im  such a sweet natured guy that Id probably get along great with anyone.   Im  slow and gentle and snuggly like a teddy bear, so  kids  love me.   Im  easy going and accepting, so other cats usually like me.   Im  playful and curious so I think Id get along great with a dog too.    Im funny and interactive, but not nearly as wild and crazy as my brothers and sister.   I love to watch  tv , look out windows, and play with toys.   Im  great about using my litter box and scratching post, and I love my soft snuggly bed.
Do I sound like a good fit for you?  Come meet me and  lets  see!  Ask for Cinnamon, a.k.a. Cinnamon Toast Crunch
